Feilding, containing one acre ;, a very valuable building site, on open ground, m good central position. 3. Suburban Sections 14 & 15, Feilding, containing ten acres, more or less, which are leased to Thomas Poole James for seven years from the Ist July 1877, rent for the first three years free, subject to the performance of certain covenants for improvements, and for the remainder of the lease £10 per annum.
