The attention of all Slaugnterers of Cattle, either as Butchers or who kill for sale move than, two head of large cattle m apy one week, is hereby called to extracts from Clauses 22, 24, and 27 of "The Slaughterhouse Act, 1877 " s— . 22. If any person without being' duly licensed shall keep a Slaughterhouse and not being duly licensed under this Act, such person shall forfeit and pay a sum not exceeding Ten pounds for each and every head of cattle so slaugh- *■ tered. 24. No license, not being the renewal of a previously existing license, shall be issued to any person to keep a Slaughterhouse, unless public notice shall have been given by the applicant for the same once m ; each' week for one month immediately preceding the time - when such.application is to be heard, &c.
