BOROUGH OF PALMERSTON NORTH. ELECTION. The Annual Election of three Councillors for the above Borough will be held on THURSDAY, 12th of September, 1878, at the Office of the Borough Council. Councillors Walton, Coleman, and FebgusoN' retire, but are eligible for re-election. Nominations of candidates will be received at the same place, up to noon of Wednesday, 4th September, 1878.
