The remainder of tho sitting was occupied over an adjourned debate on the Electoral Bill. Several members spoke, all agreeing to support a second reading, but taking various objections to many o£ its details, whicb. they intended to try and alter m Committee. Debate to be resumorl n^ 7^o p.m.
