Defendant did not appear, and judgment was given by default for amount claimed, and costs. Thomas Wray v. Peeti.— Claim, £6 15s. Mr Staite defended, disputing some of the terms m the bill of particulars, but submitting to a judgment for £2 ss. • " ■ Thero was a large number of other cases set down for hearing, but upon being long called there being no appearance, they were struck out.
