ARRIVED. A no. 8. — Elibank Castle, brigantine, Connor, from Qreymoufch. The Elibnnk Castlo left Oreymonth on the 25th July, but was unable to make Manawatu Bar nnlil Auguaf, 7th. During the late heavy weather, she lay under the leo of Kapiti for ten days. She brings 84 tons of coal for the Government.
