From, Mr -Lash j asking^ perinissiori-to lay a tramway from section No 329, Halcombe, . along Grodley [street to the railway lane— Resolved, that this board, though unable to find that it has any authority to > grant the right to lay : & tramway along 'the public road, will not offer any opposition to the tramway proposed to' be constructed by Mr Lash, m Godley street, Halcombe, and by Messrs.
