NOTICE is hereby given that Courts will be held for revising the List of Voters — For the Electoral District of Manawatu, on Saturday, the 25th|Maj r , 1878, at 11 o'clock m the forenoon, at the Resident Magistrate's Court-house, Foxton For the Electoral District of Rangitikei, on Monday, the 27th May, 1878, at 11 o'clock iv the forenoon, at the Resident Magistrate's Court - house, Martbn For the Electoral District of Wanganui, on Wednesday, the 29th May, 1878, at 10 o'clock m the forenoon, at the Supreme Court-house, Wanganui. At which the claims of persons objected to will be determined.. The names of persons proved to be dead will be expunged. The names of any persons whose Christian names, or places of abode, or the nature of whose qualification shall be wholly omitted where by law required to be specified on the list, ; or whose place of abode, or the nature or description of whose qualification are insufficiently described for the purpose of being identified, will be expunged, unless the matter so. omitted, or insufficiently described, /be supplied/to the satisfaction of the Revising Officer before he shall have completed the re-> vision of such list of voters.
