I, the undersigned, beings appointed Registrar of Dogs for the Manawatu [ County, under "The Dog Nuisance Act, 1863/' hereby call the attention of the public to Clause 7 in said Act : — " Any person owning, maintaining, or having charge of a dog six months old unregistered, shall be liable to a Penalty of not exceeding Five Pounds* for every dog so owned^ maintained, or being in bis charge."
