Birt/is. — The birth of every child iru^t' be registered within 62 days, including day of. birth; after that time a v^child may be registered upon making a solemn declaration of the particulars, find paying a fee of ss. Mirriages. — Marriages are to be solemnised with open doors, between [8 $.m. and 4 p.m., m the presence of two pr more witnesses.
