Birt/is. — The birth of every child iru^t' be registered within 62 days, including day of. birth; after that time a v^child may be registered upon making a solemn declaration of the particulars, find paying a fee of ss. Mirriages. — Marriages are to be solemnised with open doors, between [8 $.m. and 4 p.m., m the presence of two pr more witnesses. Persons desirous 0% being married must m the first instance give notice to the Registrar, and pay a fee - of 2s 6d; he wijl then give them a certificate (the fee for which is 20s) that they have complied with the requirements of the Act.
