REGISTBATION. Births.— The birth of every child must be registered within. 62' days, including day of birth ; after that time a child may bo registered upon making a solemn declaration of the particulars and paying a fee of 5s v . Marriages. —Ma rria'ges are to be solemnised with open dobrs, between 8 a.m. and-4 p.m., m. the presence of two or more witnesses, Persons desirous of being married minst m the first iri-r stance give notice to the Registrar, and pay a .fee of 2s 6dj he will then give them a'certificate (the fee for which is 20s) that they have complied with the requirements of the.
