, BEGISTBATION. ' : Births. — The birth of every child must bo registered within 62 days, including, day of birth ; after -that time a child may fie "registered upon making a solemn declaration of the /particulars and paying a fee of os, ; Marriages. —Marriages ' are td be solemnised with, open doors, between" 8 . a.m. arid 4 p.m., m the presence of two or more witnesses.
