The Valuation List for the Manawatu Highways District for the year 1878-9 is now open for inspection at the Highways Office, Palmer'stori^ North. All objections thereto must be left at the Court-house., Palmerston North, on or before the 15th, day of February, 1878, addressed to the Assessment Court ; and a copy of every such objection must be left at • the Highways Office not less than SEVEN DAYS before the next sitting of the said Court.
