REGISTRATION. ' B'rthx.— The birth of every child mint be registered within 62 days, in-' clv Ing day of birth ; after that time a child maybe registered upon making a solemn declaration oE the particulars and paying a fee of ss. Mirriages. — Marriages are to be j solemnised with open doors, between 8 am. and 4 p.m., m the presence of two or more witnesses.
