Boxing Day.
On account of the spor^s^c, which were to take place at Palmerston, Feilding and other placesinthe County, it was thought advisable to"postpone the Ilegattaand Sportshere until alafar day, ana therefore it has been determined to hold them on Friday, January 4th. The trains, of whiaJi there were two extra, were full and, ">l hear j'^as many as four hundred passengers left hei-e for the different places of amusement.
