The Valuation Roll prepared must be approved by the Board, and must also pass the Assessment Court, before the Board will hold itself liable for any payment on account thereof. A personal visit to every sold or improved section will be expected. Tenders to be sent m, addressed to the Chairman; on or before noon on SATURDAY, the 15th December, 1877. Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted, as the Board will take into special consideration the fitness of the tenderers to perform the required duties.
