Tuesday. * Russian official despatches state that they maintained their positions up to noon on Sunday. Servia has resolved that her military .shall co-operate with that of- the Russians m Bulgaria. ' Sir Stafford Northcote stated at Plymouth., that England's policy was one of peace ; but if her interests required it, she could show strength quite equal to the occasion. Otherwise she would observe neutrality until a friendly intervention might possibly put matters m a - state which should order an end of the war. . .. " - -
