THE SONS OF THE PRINCE OF WALES.

• The " Standard "' says that "it is now no longer a secret that their Royal RighneVses Prince Albert Victor and Piince George, the eldest sons of the Prince of Wales, are about to commence a course of instruction on board the Britannia training-ship for naval cadets. In England it is a>linost a universal axiom among th£ 'higher classes that no boy can be said to have been thoroughly educated unless he ha's passed some years at one of our great public sehopls.
