Cattle. — 97 head were yarded. Prices given were— Fat cows, £6 10s; to £7 10; bullocks, £8 5s to £9 10s j store bullocks, £6 7s fid ; cows, £4 17s 6d ; 2. year old steers, £5 ; yearlings, £3 15s ; calves, £2 15s ; beef, about 22s 6d per lOOlbs. Sheep.— 501 were penned. Best wethers made 13s 6d j others, from 10s 9d to 12s. Pros. — None came forward. Hoeses.— Hacks, £3 15s to £10. * Hay.— £4 per ton.
