From Town Clerk, Wainganui, laws used m Wanganui Borough Council. . From Overseer of Works imgjocal' Board, reporting completion or Hall's contract for footpaths on Square. From E. Warburton, re metalling of continuation of road on the South side of railway line. From T. E; Merritt re portrait of Mayor. f (jr.. Marsh proposed, and Cr.
