The Court Preserved judgment until to-morrow. ; Charles' Grey, confectioner, who was' arrested lastnightunder the Fraudulent Debtors' Act, was brought up this, morning, and.jemanded till Monday.^ It is said a strong case .will ,be, made for having removed a quantity of goods not discovered to the trustee, of tKe estate, and that the 'creditors are determined to carry on the prosecution.
