I, the undersigned, being "appointed Registrar of Dogs^ for the Manawatu County under " The Dog Nuisance Act, 1863," call the attention of the public to clause' £: — "Any person owning, mainstaining, or having charge of a dog six months old, unregistered, shall be liable to a penalty of • not exceeding Five, Pounds for every, dog so owned, maintained, or being m his charge."
