April 14. A fatal accident occurred yesterday afternoon, by which a man named Benjamin Bailey lost his life- Deceased was carting straw with. a. -team of bullocks, when one of them kicked him and knocked him down ; while lying on the ground, one of the wheels of the dray went over him. When picked up he was quite dead. ,
