Monday. Arrived — Barque Gloucester, from Hong-Kong. , She left on- : the Li3th -January, and brings 120 Chinese, and one European, as passengers.; Small-pox broke out ten days after leaving HongKong. 15 cases in-^all* have occurred, with three deaths— two Chinese and one. Fijian, a sailor. The last case appeared on the 15 r th February, and four cases are now; raging. The rest of the passengers and crew are all weU. . The vessel haa been quarantined -And :a' A^Uard boat is rowing around her^
