FOXTON.

Wednesday, 7th March. The only business which came before the Court was the application of James Montgomery for a license for the Foxton Family Hotel. Constable Purcell was questioned by the Court as to whether the house was completed. He said that it was not ; that it had a good front outside, but that the inside was a wreck, and that the new rooms were neither lined or papered. The Court, after hearing the report, of Constable Purcell on the unfinished state of the house, declined to grant a license.
