The San Francisco mails arrived at Crookhaven. - The Pacific Steam Navigation Company Intend despatching steamers to Australia via the Cape. March 4. Tne United States Presidential contest has been decided m favor of Hayes. The British fleet, removed from Besica Bay, has left for Port Pirseus and Malta. TheHouse of Commons has negatived a resolution which proposed the withdrawal from that part of the declaration of the Treaty of Paris which abashed privateers.
