February 25. Terms of a treaty of peace have been arranged between Servia and Turkey, the basis being statu quo ante helium, and evacuation of Servia m twelve daj r s. The Servian House of [Representatives have ratified the treaty. Montenegro is still treating, and the armistice is prolonged to the 20th March. •Rumors that the grossing of the Pruth by the Russian forces was imminent are denied at St. Petersburg. The ' further movements of Russia depend upon the reply of the other Powers to the Russian circular, respecting results of the Slainboul conference. The Powers still delay replying to the Russian; circular. They are unwilling to agree to joint action or continuance of isolated action of Russia. The Croatiacs refuse to send deputies to the Turkish Parliament. General Hayes is returned by Oregon, and receives the South Carolina vote. March 3. The San Francisco mails arrived at Crookhaven. - The Pacific Steam Navigation Company Intend despatching steamers to Australia via the Cape. March 4. Tne United States Presidential contest has been decided m favor of Hayes. The British fleet, removed from Besica Bay, has left for Port Pirseus and Malta. TheHouse of Commons has negatived a resolution which proposed the withdrawal from that part of the declaration of the Treaty of Paris which abashed privateers.
