TO THE BDITOB. Sib, — There is one advantage which, the Foxton people possess over the residents m Palrrierston — they have very agreeable concerts. However, every rose has its thorns, and one of these concerts, which, was held last night, followed tlie general rule. The singing and the pleasure of the audience were alike disturbed by the piteous yells and frantic stamping of some poor little idiots who occupied the back seat. — I am, &c, Eliot Waebtjeton.
