ON TUESDAY, 13th FEBRUARY, 1877, 8,600 ACRES, Surveyed into Sections not exceeding 200 ACRES EACH, Will be open for Sale at the Land Office,. Wellington, at TWENTY SHILLINGS PER ACRE. One-fifth of the purchase money to be paid on application, and the balance m instalments extending over five years. Within the first two years the selector must build a house of the value of at least £'10, and clear, crop, or lay down m grass one-tenth part of the land. Also, THIRTY-FIVE SECTIONS, Containing from 200 to 300 ACRES EACH,.Can be applied for on the same day at TWENTY SHILLINGS PER ACRE. Full payment m cash to be made on applying to purchase.
