AGAINST JEWRY.
LONDON, Oct. 1. The British United Press Vicliy correspondent says the Council of Ministers has completed the draft of a Jewish Statute, which is the first racial legislation in French history. It creates different categories of Jews according to birth. French-horn Jews who served with the armed forces are most favoured, receiving the same treatment as other Frenchmen. Newlyarrived Jewish immigrants arc debarred from professions and subject to other disabilities.
