BRITISH CHILDREN

Shortly beforo three o’clock yesterday afternoon the four Scottish children who have been allocated to Feilding met their temporary foster-parents at the Borough Council Chambers, where the Mayor (Mr T. L. Seddon) extended them a welcome. The children, radiating good health and smiling cheerfully, listened to the welcoming words of the Mayor, who told them that they were very welcome and that Feilding had a soil spot for Scotland. There was plenty of room in the I Dominion for their brothers and sis--1 tors, and he hoped that they would tell their mothers and fathers and other members of their families that they were having a good time. He knew they would bo happy. The three boys were dressed in Highland costumes.
