LONDON, Sept. 29

Naval circles have issued a warning that the autumn and winter will not remove the danger of an invasion. The seasonal lull like a second summer which usually occurs in the next few weeks will permit flat-bottomed boats to navigate the Channel. The German preparations at the Channel ports are too consistent to constitute merely an attempt to divert British bombers.
