REMAND GRANTED

AUCKLAND. Sept. 30. His first appearance in the Police Court since ho was remanded after his arrest was made to-day at Auckland by Charles Harold Longley. who was charged that, at Manunui, near Taumarunui, on September 22, lie murdered Jeremiah O’Sullivan. On the application of the police Longley was remanded to appear at Taumarunui on October 7.
