EXPLANATION SOUGHT.
(British Official "Wireless.) (Rec. 10.52 a.m.; RUGBY, Sept. 29. It is announced in London that t'he Foreign Secretary (Lord Halifax) today summoned the Rumanian Charge d’Affaires (M. Radu Florescu) to the Foreign Office and called for an explanation of the facts in connection with the recent arrest of five British subjects.
