INDIA AND WAR.
(British Official Wireless.) (Rec. 10.15 a.m.) RUGBY, Sept 29. The AVorkihg Committee of the Aloslem League, at New Delhi, passed a resolution declaring that it is- unable to join the Viceroy’s AVar Advisory Council, though it desires to help in the prosecution of the war. A Simla report says the A r iceroy of India interviewed Air Gandhi for three and,a-half hours.
Air Gandhi is to have another interview with the A 7 iceroy on Alonday.
