Ihe racing at Rosehili on Saturday revealed another Derby possibility in the Mareonigram colt Scientist, who won the Hawkosbury Grand Handicap in a courageous finish with Binnia Hero and Malagigi, less than half a length separating the trio. Nighlbeam caused a surprise by winning the Rowley jVfilc narrowly from Clouston and Bourbon. Chief results CLARENDON STAKES, of £4OO. W.f.a. Nine furlongs.—High Caste, 9.0 (Bartlc) 1; Buzalong, 9.1, 2; St. Constant, 9.4, 3. Half a length. Time, 1.52-|. QUALITY HANDICAP, of £4OO.
