JEWELLER ROBBED.
Per Press Association. GREYMOUTH, Sept. 27. Watches and rings valued at £250 to £3OO were stolen in a smash and grab raid oil the jeweller’s . store of John Tennent, on Mawhera Quay, early this morning The plate glass show window was smashed sufficiently to allow the insertion of ail arm to reach the trays. Cheaper articles were not touched.
