SPORTING.
TRENTHAM MEETING. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Sept. 27. It was officially announced alter a conference to-day that the spring meeting at Trentham on the scheduled dates, October 24, 26, and 28, 'will definitely be 'held. The course and appointments will not be used by the military authorities during the meeting and for the essentially necessary time prior to it.
