DECREES IN NORWAY.
POLITICAL PARTIES ABOLISHED OSLO, Sept. 25. The German Commissioner in Norway (Herr Terboven), in a broadcast, admitted t'he failure of the negotiations to bring the Norwegian political parties into line with the German demands. Foi this reason, he stated, the Germans had decreed: (1) That the Royal house be abolished and the Royal Family and Norwegian Government abroad be permanently exiled. (2) That a. German-controlled State Council of 13 members be appointed. (3) That all political parties be dissolved. Herr Terboven said that the political parties had hitherto prevented t'he people from learning the truth about the German aims and had consistently aimed at pro-British reorientation for Norway.
