STRIPE IN INDO-CHINA.
REPORTED CESSATION.
(Rec. 1.50 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 25. It is officially announced in Hanoi that the French withdrew from Langsoji while the Japanese were encircling the town with superior numbers. The French Foreign Ministry has announced that General Nishihara has negotiated the termination of the Japanese aggression at Dongdang, ending the border fighting. The Rome correspondent of the Tokio paper Yomiuri says that the Ambassador (Mr Amau) and Count Ciano discussed the recent international conditions, during which Count Ciano -is reported to have supported the Japanese entry into Indo-Chuia.
