RETURN TO FRANCE.
SOLDIERS IN SYRIA
LONDON, Sept. 24
The Beirut correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain says 10,000 French soldiers are returning to France this month, after which the transfer will continue till the garrison is at the pre-war establishment of 40,000.
