(From Our Own Correspondent.) / St OTAKI. Sept. 23. Mr A. Atkins, of ' Manakau; has returned home after a visit to Hamilton. Mrs Gimblctt has been visiting: Napier and Auckland.. The death occurred at the Palmerston North Hospital on Saturday of Mr James Knox, son of Mr Alfred Knox, of Otaki. Mr Knox was well-known in Otaki, having:, received his education here. He was 29 years of age. Mr Albert Hastings Hill, a well-known and highly respected resident of Otaki for some 40 years, died in Palmerston North on Saturday. Mr Hill, who was 58 years of age,'was in business at Tasman Beach. A widow and grown-up family are left.
