(Rec. 12.20 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 23. The Lyons radio states that a Butisli squadron took the English and General de Gaulle’s troops to Dakar (french West Africa) and issued an ultimatum to the town, demanding surrender. The French refused, and the British squadron then fired on Dakar.
