SCATTERED LIGHT RAIN. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Sept. 24. An anti-cyclone lies over and to the east of the Dominion, while a weak disturbance covers tho north-western Tasman Sea. The forecast is for moderate northwesterly winds predominating. illie weather will be mainly fair to fine, but with some scattered light rain in the Manawatu; temperatures moderate; seas slight to moderate.
