KIDNAPPER CAUGHT.
Received September 23, 2.5 p.m. RIVER PINE (Calif.)j Sept. 22. A storekeeper. Frank Breitenbach, says the police 'have taken into custody a man and a cliiid who was later identified as the kidnapped boy. Mark Detristan. Three River Pine residents seized them in the Sierra foothills six miles from River Pine, holding the kidnapper until the police arrived.
