Two unknown persons kidnapped Mark DetHstan, the three-vear-old son of the prominent Count Mark Detristan, states a message from Hillsborough (California). They left a ransom note demanding 100,000 dollars. Such of the cattle newt on this page as i.t so headed has appeared in the London times and sent to this paper by special permission. .
