WASHINGTON TALKS.

NEGOTIATIONS DENIED

(British Official AVireloss.) RUGBY, Sept. 20. In connection with the talks in Washington which the British Ambassador (Lord Lothian) and the Australian Alinister (Air. R. G. Casey) had with the Secretary of State (Air Hull) it is noted here that Air Hull has dealt faithfully with speculation. Air Hull is reported to have declared that no negotiations in any respect have been going on among the three countries, while not precluding that full information had been exchanged among their representatives in the course of the talks.
