SYDNEY, Sept. 22. The races at Randwick on Saturday resulted : ROSEHILL GUINEAS.—TidaI Wave, 8.5 (Bartle) 1; Pandect, 8.5. 2; Lucrative. 8.5, 3. All started. Tidal Wave finished strongly over the last furlong and won by half a nock, with Lucrative a neck away third. Time, 1.553. lIILL .STAKES. One mile.—Beau Vito, 9.0 (McMcuaiiiin) 1; High Caste, 9.0, 2;
Buzalong, 9.0, 3. All started. Beau Vile and High Caste together led the field all the way. Though High Caste was in charge at the beginning, \Bcau Vito wore him down and won by a length and a quarter. Four lengths separated second and third. Time, 1.393. Yours Truly was unplaced in the Red Cross Cup, and Isightbeam was unplaced in the A.I.F. Handicap. Results at the Mentone (Victoria) meeting were: — MENTONE CUP.—True Flight, 8.2 (Preston) 1; Hafhcrsagc, 7.8, 2; Lord Windburra, 8.4, 3. A length; a neck. Time. 2.8. LESLIE STUART STAKES.—Judean, 7.4 (Elliot) 1; Magic Circle, 7.4, 2; Pure Gold, 7.13, 3. One and a half lengths; a head. Time, 1.253.
