NORWAY’S HELP.
SHIPS, PLANES AND MEN
(Rec. 12.45 p.m.) HALIFAX, Sept. 19. The Chief Medical Officer to the Norwegian Overseas Forces (Dr. Liev ICreyberg) states that many Norwegian ships in Canada and the West Indies are being armed, for patrol and convoy duty.' Three hundred airmen are in training at Toronto and 100 planes have been ordered. Norway is financing all this work.
