INDO-CHINA POSITION.
JAPANESE READY TO LEAVE
SHANGHAI, Sept. 19
The Japanese civilian evacuation from Indo China continues, but so far few Chinese have left.
Members of the Japanese mission have expressed fear that the French Army will refuse to permit a Japanese army to pass through as agreed, and they have their suitcases packed in the event of a sudden departure becoming necessary.
