WATROA, Sept. 20. The lower hydro-electric development scheme at Piripaua, Waikaremoana, was the scene of another distressing fatality at an early hour this morning, the victim of which was Charles Storey, a married man, who was engaged on the construction of a tunnel. The foreman, Mr Storey, lived with 'his wife at Piripaua, and has one son who is attending the Wanganui Technical College. » The accident occurred r bo lit 12.45. Mr Storey was in charge of concreting operations in the tunnel and although no one saw the accident it appears that he stepped in front of a locomotive which was engaged in drawing trucks of concrete from the tunnel mouth to the face where t'hc concreting operations were ill progress. Mr Stnrev died "diile being conveyed to the Wairoa Hospital.
